Momentum Theory grew from late-night conversations about art and music. This became a music & arts project developed by Tony Nutley, managed by Momentum Arts. Tony developed the idea a persona for the band, developing a back story etc.
The music has evolved from the first song where it was pretty much a “add lyrics, click – get song” – as we got more familiar with the process, Tony got his bass guitar out of the attic, still not a great player – but the sampling is getting better.
He also then purchased a MIDI keyboard, so lots of experimenting – and now with SUNO’s Studio 2.0, the entire process is becoming very real, we are now sampling Tony’s singing voice and using this in the process – and as a friend recently said, “essentially, what you have now is the same as a traditional music production environment“. Lets see where the journey takes us. We hope you enjoy our songs as much as we have enjoyed the process of creating them.
