Blog Post: Discovering the Best AI Musicians – Week 4

Welcome back to AIDIY, where we dive into the innovative world of AI music! For Week 4 of our Featured Musicians segment, I’ve gathered another round of creative talent for you to enjoy and get inspired by. But before we dive into this week’s artists, I wanted to share a bit about how my selection process is evolving.

When I first started this segment, the goal was simple: highlight the work of subscribers, get everyone involved, and build a supportive AI music community. My vision was to help creators connect, collaborate, and improve by showcasing a range of unique styles and approaches. I’m still fully committed to that idea. However, after weeks of exploration, I realized I also want to set a high bar, so we can all see what’s possible with AI-driven music and learn from each other’s standout tracks.

Going forward, I’ll still spotlight subscribers where possible (because supporting each other is what it’s all about). But I’ll also be a bit pickier, aiming to bring you the best AI music that’s not only unique but also serves as an inspiration for all of us. Think of it as a guide to help you aim for the stars as you craft your next track. Let me also point out. There's no absolute guarantee that all these Youtube Artists match up with the Suno ones. It's a crazy world out there.

Featured Artists – Week 4

1. Zhensei (Falcon22 on Suno)

Let’s start with Zhensei, also known as Falcon22 on Suno. This artist has put together some mind-bending soundscapes that really take you out of reality. One standout track is "Freefall," an atmospheric piece that blends haunting vocals with immersive instrumentals. With a much more developed Suno profile, Zhensei shows how much you can achieve by experimenting with different platforms. Definitely check out their work for a dose of introspective energy.

2. Wheygazer (KakerMix on Suno)

Next up, we have Wheygazer, also known as Varisound on YouTube and KakerMix on Suno. The track "Lazarus One" really stood out to me with its eerie, cinematic feel. It’s a piece that tells a story, drawing you in and keeping you on edge. For anyone interested in creating deeply atmospheric music with AI, Wheygazer’s work is a masterclass in blending sound design with subtle narratives. Google “Lazarus One” if you’re up for a vibe that raises more questions than answers – in a good way.

3. SushiLeaf

SushiLeaf caught my attention with a piece titled "As I Perch Myself Under the Storm." This artist is less active on YouTube but has an impressive Suno profile where they experiment heavily with instrumental AI music. SushiLeaf’s work shows how meta tags can be used to build out a unique sound, which is worth studying if you’re interested in creating instrumentals that stand out. A little mystery and a lot of chill—SushiLeaf’s work is a reminder of how powerful minimalism can be.

4. Cyber Zen

Cyber Zen made it onto this week’s list thanks to a timely comment that introduced me to their music. I was scrolling through my comments in frustration, struggling to find the right vibe, when Cyber Zen’s work popped up like a light at the end of the tunnel. Cyber Zen’s “Gold Series” tracks are packed with gritty beats, cool skull visuals, and a sound that just hits right. If you’re into atmospheric music with a bit of an edge, you’ll want to give this one a listen.

5. Partywelt / HasenChat (This artist is a bit all over. I hope I got it right) Finally, we have an anonymous artist known simply for their track, “Orchestral Uplifting Trance.” Their online presence is scattered, leading from an eclectic website to different music tools. But don’t let the maze distract you—their music speaks for itself, especially this track. It’s a unique blend of orchestral sounds with electronic trance, creating a feeling of soaring. For anyone interested in genre-blending, this piece is a great example of what can happen when classical meets AI-driven electronica.

As always, if you’re enjoying these weekly features, please subscribe to my channel and join us in building an AI music community where creativity thrives. I’m also supporting the Love Heart Travel charity, which works with the John Fawcett Foundation to bring eyesight-restoring surgeries to remote villages in Indonesia. Helping out doesn’t just feel good—it changes lives.

Stay tuned for more discoveries, and keep experimenting. We’re just getting started with what AI can bring to the music world, and I’m excited to see where we go from here.
